1) Download Forge installer from here: https://files.minecraftforge.net/net/minecraftforge/forge/index_1.19.html
2) Name JAR file: custom_forge_installer.jar and upload the jar file using a FTP software like Filezilla
3) Select version Custom Forge in Multicraft and apply Setup
4) Run server and add mods after first run
