What are the specs on your servers?
We use 2x Intel Xeon CPUs with ECC RAM and fast SSDs in each server.
Where are the servers located?
Right now we have 2 different locations: Dallas and Paris.
How fast is setup?
All Minecraft servers are automatically setup after the payment is recieved.
What payment methods do you currently accept?
We only accept Paypal at the moment.
What kind of control panel do we use?
You will have a new control panel for your Minecraft or Game server.
Do you provide DDoS protection?
Yes we offer DDoS Protection and it is included in all of our plans.
Do you allow clients to use Mods or custom JARS?
Yes we allow clients to upload any jar file you want and use mods.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my package in the future?
Yes you can Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. You can do it from the client area.
What is your average ticket response time?
Our average response time is under 30 minutes but we have a maximum time of 24 hours, however most of the time your support tickets will be answered much quicker. We have a ticket team that it´s on 24/7.
Can I pay in other lengths, rather than monthly?
Yes, you can pay Monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
I ordered a server, what´s next?
You can access to your server by going to My Services in the Client Area. If you need help just Open a Ticket.
What is your refund policy?
We only give refunds the first 24 hours after the payment is made.
